Digital pit depth measurement with easy rolling
along the length or circumference of a pipe.
| The PGD-360 Rolling Pit Depth Gauge
comes with four rollers that allow the gage to be easily moved along the
length or circumference of a pipe with a diameter of 6" (150 mm) or
larger. The rollers allow the 360 degree rotation of the gauge to find
the maximum depth of anomalies. The Rolling Pit Depth Gauge incorporates
a precision Mitutoyo digital gage, which reads depth to a resolution of
0.0001" or 0.01 mm.
Compact size allows the user to get close to fittings and flanges.
The external footprint is 3-1/2" x 3-3/4" (90 x 95 mm). The roller
contact points are spaced 2-3/8" x 2-5/8" (60 x 67 mm) apart. Magnets
help the keep the gauge attached to the pipe for a consistent pipe
reference and upside-down operation.
